Discover Your Network with NScan
There are plenty of portscanners out there, but not so many great ones designed exclusively for Windows. Of course, you can (and probably do) use the likes of Winpcap, Wireshark and Aircrack to sniff and read packets and crack wired and wireless networks, but I think even taking those great tools into account, NScan still has something to offer. I especially like the way you can put it on the network and let it crawl, discovering hosts and ports and presenting what it finds in a simple way. It even includes subtly improved tools - traceroute, whois and DIG (which was a new one on me).
